1 dB Markers Missing on the Audio Mixer

Updated to 30.0.2 and now my audio mixer looks like this:

Using the System theme... and it looks like switching to the other theme does not fix it. (I first noticed it on my brother's computer... and it won't let him switch back to System. I know why.)
