pops

Hi Everyone So I just updated my OBS and now for some strange reason my audio pops and crackles when OBS is open. When I close it they go away. No matter where the audio source is coming from..... Twitch, DJ software....... snap, crackle and pop. Has this happened to anyone else and if so how...
