live issue

Hi, I am trying to get back into streaming and it's been a few years. I've got my OBS set up how I want, but whenever I try to go live from OBS my twitch and kick accounts still say they're offline. My OBS says I'm streaming and that I'm getting 200kbps, but it won't broadcast to either service...
