so I noticed that all out of sudden all captures in obs come out as a completely white screen no matter what I do and I have no clue what to do

Hi, I have the following problem: When I start capturing a game on a stream, all other elements freeze or lag very much. I don't understand why this could have happened. Applications and the browser are in the exceptions, they work fine.
