I've been having a decent amount of issues with getting my videos to perform the way I like. I'm using an Elgato HD60 Pro on a streaming/recording machine, and whether it be from recordings from my XBOX ONE X, my XBOX 360, my PS4 Pro or my PC, each machine seems to get different...
Since the NTSC standard is 59.94 fps or 29.97 fps, should I really set my fps of my sources and output to the NTSC standard?
For example my current setup is:
Sources:
-Logitech C920 webcam capturing at 29.97 NTSC fps
-Elgato HD60pro capturing at 59.94 NTSC fps

So I Have Discovered That OBS Has A Stutter When Streaming Or Recording @60.00. I think I might have something to do with a FPS conflict. My Elgato Outputs 59.94 & When The Stream Or Recording Is Set To 59.94 Everything is smooth as seen the the example video.
Can someone please explain this to...
