Use cloud translation over python to translate a Text(GDI+) source.
If you combine with the excellent Cloud Captioning plugin you can create open captions in a different language for your stream.
Design your captions anyway you want!
Settings:
- Source Text(GDI+) : The text source to translate
- Destination Text(GDI+) : The destination source to insert the translation
- Update interval (ms) : The frequency for updating the translation
- Hold interval (ms) : How long captions should stay after source became empty
Requirements:
- Python 3.6
- translatepy (https://github.com/Animenosekai/translate)
This is the first script I am writing for OBS so I'm sure there is much to improve.
Would love to hear suggestions and comments.
I plan on uploading it to GitHub in a few days, for better versioning.
But I have to organize my GitHub a bit before that so it's not embarrassing haha ;D
