OBS Lua OBS Autostarter 0.5a

Added toggle to Enable / Disable the autostarter in its settings

Its now possible to select multiple programs / files with a single script instance.

Credits to carlosgrossi for implementing the change.

- Fixed issue with spaces in path or file name
- removed .exe requirement (can now launch .bat etc..)
- Added Auto Close feature to close programs when OBS quits

Fixed an issue where spaces is Folder Names lead to issues
