Question / Help Starting the output failed (logfile attached)

Happy Holidays everyone,

Unfortunately, I tried switching encoding to all possible settings to no avail.
changed resolutions (1920x1080 etc) to no avail.
Bitrates no avail ; Run as admin during all testing to make sure this can be eliminated.

If I stream on Twitch I can use any feature & settings with success. Trying to Stream on Mixer, specifically for the FTL feature - Faster than Light..

Problem seems to be selecting audio encoder:

10:37:43.196: [obs-ffmpeg-encoder] Unexpected exception in function '_create': Initializing encoder 'opus' failed with error: Experimental feature (code -733130664).
10:37:43.196: Stream output type 'ftl_output' failed to start!
