So my screen resolution is 1360×768 otherwise i get black bars on both sides but when i punch in the same resolution on OBS i get those nasty bars at the bottom and on the right. I don't understand why they match but apparently they don't, and i can't seem to be able to get any kind of combination to get the recording not to turn out blurry.

Most streaming sites are going to assume a 16:9 aspect ratio. According to the log, OBS is set for a resolution of 1280x720, which is a 16:9 ratio. If you're capturing off a monitor with a native resolution of 1360×768, the only ways are pillar boxing (black on left and right sides) or stretching.

You can try setting OBS manually to 1360x768 for both canvas and output resolution, but even if you do that and the site you're streaming to respects it, when they hit the fullscreen widget on their player.. they will get a window that is pillar boxed, or the video will be stretched.

There's no recording or streaming attempt in the log, so if there is some performance issue that is causing poor quality I can't see what it is.
