Question / Help Is there anyway to stream with this Bitrate ?

Hello OBS community !

I want start streaming on Twitch but , my bitrate is very low for streaming HD resolution .

And my question is : Is there any way to stream to Twitch with 0.61 MB/s ,, on 480p , without pixelated image ? (you know when moving I get pixelated video)

A small bit of math:
According to https://stream.twitch.tv/encoding/, for a resolution of 1280x720, a bitrate of 3000 is recommended.
According to your speedtest, you have a bitrate of about 500 available for streaming.
3000 is 6 times 500, or 500 is a sixth of 3000. This means, you are able to move about the sixth of the pixels of 1280x720.
1280*720 = 921600 pixels. A sixth of that is 921600/6 = 153600. This means, with a bitrate of 500 you are able to move 153600 pixels and will get about the same quality as with a bitrate of 3000 for 1280x720.

Now what resolution would produce 153600 pixels or less?
You mentioned 480p. So 153600 / 480 = 320. Ok, this means a resolution of 320x480, which is not a common streaming resolution. Reverse both and you get 480x320. This is no 16:9 aspect ratio resolution. It's also lower than 360p, so you need to stream with something less. The next smaller standard resolution is 240p (426x240), which is 102240 pixels. This is a resolution with less than 153600 pixels you can try.
Nearer to 153600 but nonstandard is 498x280 or 530x298. Try these, but I don't know if such resolutions are accepted by your streaming provider.
If you try 360p (640x360), you have 230400 pixels, which is much higher than 153600, thus much more blurry. Try it, but be prepared to still get too much blur and pixelation.

By the way, you posted a screenshot from OBS classic, which is not supported any more and vastly inferior to OBS Studio. Download and use the successor OBS Studio, an improved version in all aspects.
