After a while OBS crashes and wont reopen.

Ive got very good news after the above fixes, plus removing all the audio sources from all scenes and adding them once under the main settings seems to have kept my OBS studio running for over 24 hours which has never happened yet, not even remotely closed. So I'm hoping the problem is fixed, thanks to everyone who helped and if there are further things I could do to help please share.

Sorry for all the posts, this will probably be the last though unless someone else needs help. OBs studios has now been open over 48 hours with no problems whatsoever, thanks very much Konsolenritter and and Suslik V without your ideas I would have been hopeless.
