obs failing to launch

Hey I need some help, after crashing I can't seem to launch OBS anymore. Thank you in advance!

Hello to you, when I launch obs, it loads a white window (see image) then the software stops responding. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, emptied the obs tank, nothing changes.
